We first hired Southern Roots to help us remove and burn trees left from land clearing. Alden and his team were here early every morning and worked into the evening moving, burning, and digging out buried trees. The before and after is phenomenal. During this time, our beloved dog passed away and Alden helped us bury her and brought a plaque to honor her - that’s the level of customer service he provides. Very professional, goes above and beyond, their communication is exactly what you need when you can’t be at the property all day watching what is getting done. We contacted Alden who owns Southern Roots Services to come and look at the job on a Wednesday, Friday he started working. Very professional, trustworthy, and top notch communication. Him and his team did an awesome job!! We will be doing more clearing after we build our house and will be using Southern Roots Services!! See more See less
